This Privacy Policy explains how WeSee ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — when you submit our contact or discovery-call form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus the optional details you choose to add: phone number, company or business type, and the service you are interested in. If you tick the optional text-message boxes, we also record that choice.
• Spam-protection signals — the form includes a hidden field and measures how long it was open, so we can discard automated submissions. These signals are not stored with your enquiry.
• Usage information — like most websites, we collect basic analytics (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used. We also record which buttons are clicked (for example "Book a call" or "WhatsApp") and whether a form was started, sent, or failed. These events never include what you type into a form.

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use Google Tag Manager to load the analytics and advertising tags we have configured, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our landing page, to measure marketing performance and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect interaction data. Our landing page also embeds the Cal.com scheduler when you choose to book a slot. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising via your Meta ad preferences.

How we use your information

How we share information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend, which delivers your form submission to our team inbox), web font delivery (Google Fonts), tag management and analytics (Google), advertising platforms (Meta), and scheduling (Cal.com). If you click a WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your rights
